For Xbox I feel like there are more options for UNP and unp is more realistic as far as appearance goes. CBBE is more stylized and has some really great skimpy outfit replacers available. That's not to say UNP doesn't have options for that but I would argue that CBBE does it better.

Honestly just stick with unp. I've alternated between unp and cbbe for years and I can confidently say now that unp is better. Armor mods are way better on this side. But on a real note: It's personal preference. We can't really choose for you. Pick the one you want.
