With your texture you might be better off with 2-strand twists though. Looks like you have a wide curl pattern so it's either 2-strand twists or extra thick coils. And you will have to retwist after the wash, they will come undone at first. But after a while they won't and then you only need to twist the roots to keep them fresh.
