Having said, it was still trying to pair and was behaving "normally" other than the fact that my headset simply would not connect. After about 2 hours of troubleshooting I gave up and bought a new one from the website for $30 USD which works perfectly. I know your pain! good luck. There is a small reset button on the side of the usb transmitter.
My pair of Turtle Beach Stealth 600 g2 max's USB Transmitter just keeps cutting the power to my Xbox and not allowing it to turn on while the USB Transmitter is connected.
