The Nagakiba has a lot more range and generally outclasses the Uchi, especially if you grab Unsheathe and slap it on the Kiba. yeah Uchi might seems like it have the edge if you simply look at the numbers ( slightly more AR and Bleed, less weight, lower stat req), but Nagakiba's range is just insane considering how fast it is.
