Didn't see anything, but I could have missed something, so bear with me. Had a 100B out on the water yesterday; line keep wrapping around the rotor shaft; couldn't figure things out. The short of it is that the drive shaft retaining ring (Johnson part #130) had come off and was inside the body along with the spring it holds on and the rotor gear.The reel is clean and seems to work fine. It was full of light line, and in removing this, I was able to test it our pretty good.
