Part of the challenge for the achievement is knowing *when* to use ultimates too. Sana is definitely doable for the Couch Potato, and in a lot of ways is better than Fauna (Sana's ult sweeps up all the EXP on ...Additionally BL books and Sana's Orbit have a cap for how much haste will be useful to them. It's possible other weapons have caps as well, I haven't looked at the cast time and min delay of everything. iirc Elite Cooking has a min delay of 10 frames but it's initial cast time is 35 frames so realistically only Bae's ult is going to hit that.
