I have 37s with 3.73 gearing as well and that's pretty much the exact mileage I see. I hand calculate each tank and it's usually right around 13.9 everytime. Twice I've seen 15.3 but that was all highway zero stop and go traffic.And my 6.0 is pushing these 37s around just fine. It'll be fine. Just do test fitting with rims first. I have 4.5" on 35's. 12" of gap in fender wells. I've spaced out for the extra size of 37's and once these wear out, am upsizing. Might have to spacer the bumper and trim the valance.

37s and 4.30 gears = 10-12mpg average with the camper loaded on trips in mtns and wherever. Best so far was 13.5mpg. 4WD off road exploring for days resulted in 9mpg. Rarely have driven empty but would be 14mpg or better depending. Trailer towing it is around 10mpg. Just got the PSC hydro assist ram installed.

Clearing 37's on a level setup will depend on what exact tire and wheel spec you want to run along with a few other variables. At minimum you will want to run and adjustable track bar and be prepared to do some trimming to the front bumper braces and inner fender liners. Depending on wheels you may also rub on the radius arms at full steering lock.

He may not have realized it, but the installer did some pretty serious trimming of the fender well.
