J.R. If the engines are not coming up to speed then I would say the problem is still within the carburetors. Those trimmers should have the rotary valve carburetors on them in which the end user is not able to adjust. Once you repalce the diaprams and gaskets inside of them the entire carburetor has to be readjusted.This video shows the process to find the problem of an Echo SRM-225.
