So on Monday my ERB stated that I had 289 hours, on Tuesday I completed 68 hours worth of courses (I know because I counted them from the transcript), Wednesday (yesterday) I completed an additional 29 hours, Today my ERB is reflecting the hours I completed on Tuesday, but it only shows an additional 39 putting my total to 337.

With that being said, Military Schooling and College will be the determining factor for promotion to E7 and above. This is where you need to focus for these grades as the SR NCO promotions are few and far inbetween.
