To fix: 1. Straighten your YZ plane first (by changing localRotationX). You can tell it's straight when the stick coming out of the engine is parallel to the ground. 2. Straighten your XZ plane (by changing localRotationY). Buoy and wood bases are essentially the same (wood bases go down just a wee bit lower). After some testing, tires are clearly the best.

Tyres and Buoy Balls make a thinner raft that floats slightly higher, making it slightly easier to pass over top of shallow rocks/choral. Barrel and Stick rafts are thicker and more likely to get stuck on shallow rocks.Also, rafts are represented really poorly in the game's save file, and a sufficiently large raft will make your game take a full minute to save. There is not a hard limit to practical size, and it mostly depends on your own needs (and hardware specs), but I put my limit at about 120 foundations. I don’t believe so.
