Results : House at 98% before and after full Limestone upgrade. Wood use from 5.8 / hr to 5.6 / hr (in spring). Each person in the house gained +4% happiness (husband, wife, both kids).

Its not about warmth its about mood. The bigger and more upgraded and better quality the house, the higher the mood. Wattle (sticks) < wood (logs) < stone.
