Other than that and aftermarket pipes, there is nothing special about the bike.Front turn signals not blinking. 96 Vulcan 800 classic, front turn signals light up, but dont blink. The rears work fine. I have checked the relay (which tested good) but I replaced it anyway. The manual shows 2 wires per side green and black/yellow.
