The COMAT is a joke compared to Uworld in terms of question difficulty. The only thing that makes it hard is the vague and poorly worded questions and bizarre topics they’ll test you on. I think I had like 5 rheum questions and had to guess on 3-4 of them.

There's like 450 questions for FM and like 1000+ for "Medicine". I felt like it had a good spread of systems like you mentioned but it tended to be more outpatient management oriented. FM comat is easier. Lots of guideline based questions like what age to do colonoscopy and stuff. COMLEX 2: 466 after a whopping 9 weeks of prep. Thus, it does not correlate. I think if you used the qbanks regularly, you would be more ready for the boards than looking at the comat scores. COMAT exams were, very easy compared to the boards.I used COMQUEST and OG Dorian (literally only those two resources, was bad about reviews (duplicates drove me insane) in second semester, and still passed COMATs (90-100s). So do CheesyDorian with UWorld and you’ll do even better.
