New to the forum, wanted to hopefully help others out as I searched forever trying to find if the speed engineering headers fit my ls swap before I bit the bullet and bought them and could not, ended up taking a chance and they fit almost perfectly, (drivers side was a little close to frame and had to tweak it inwards 1/8” maybe)

Move crank sensor wiring to area of cam sensor on ls harness. Move cam sensor circuit to timing cover area, with a striped harness you can do both without the need to extend wires.

Dirty Dingo slider mounts for about $100 is the way to go. LS motor and any trans will bolt together and drop in with no welding. Do the wire harness yourself and save a butt load of $$. I have a 1990 K1500. It currently has a SM465. I'm planning on dropping in a 5.3 out of a 99 Silverado to replace the current carbed mild-built sbc. I'm looking to swap the SM465 for a box w/overdrive, probably a NV4500 or something similar (have considered an NV3500, but not too sure on how robust they actually are + LS compatibility).
