The first one is the lagging when I encountered the NPC in the game. In every quest when I interacted with them seems to take about 10 sec before they respond and between the conversation from line to line there will be some delay as well. I've got an odd problem when running the game. I noticed the characters take an awkward pause when speaking to eachother and mouth animations can't keep up with the dialogue (In Japanese or English). When moving around the pair also look like they're running in low gravity. I turned on the fps counter and bingo, it's running at 24fps. Why this makes the actual game slow down though I don't know.
