And don't worry about dex on bleed build, with the BOB ring you'll be at 100 bonus with only 11 dex --bonus doesn't up the bleed-per-hit (the least with any weapon is a 3 hit application). The Notched Whip has the highest bleed buildup. The Sickle has probably second highest. The falchion has bleed but not a lot.
