Regina is also suing YouTube/Google in the same suit. I doubt that they can pull that off, YT is likely bringing out their best lawyers for this case. You’re also right about Onision being smart about his grooming. I also saw people talking about him getting Kai to do the dirty work for him, so if anything, Kai will be punished, but not him.
