Str/Fth is its main scaling. Fth up to 50, Str I'm not sure. You need more vigour though goddamn. You should be at 40 by that level. Stats are fine, you'll be slap hard. Blasphemous blade has little less AR but the weapon art is way too good, and in this game most damage comes out of them.
