unpaulie Discussion starter. 15 posts · Joined 2009. #1 · Oct 19, 2009. I having trouble with my Power Flow bagger removal/install. It seem the the metal bar you push forward or back to release tension on the deck pulley is not functioning. It is brand new and I am not sure it ever functioned.
