I'm not sure how it is in promod, but when you select clean install there, it will clean res_mods and mods folders, you can backup those folders as well.I did a clean install of the modpack 0.4.6 with just the overhead mod activated, it seems to cause trouble with the port screen camera, we cant make the camera focus and zoom on single part of the ships anymore by right clicking, like main turret, aa guns, aircraft etc.. .
