Random tips from an Onryo obsessive: As far as builds go, info and lethality is way more important than gen slowdown. A killer who could conceivably start a chase at any moment, pushing survivors off of gens does not need four gen slowdown perks. You can mix and match as you want, but my current favorite build is BBQ, MYC, Pop, and STBFL.
