I would constantly be told they were checking something or working on making the changes promised and then blatantly hung up on.
I got a bill after natera billed insurance $3500 (first EOB shows 8k too). My insurance paid $2888 and natera says I owe $659. I called bc the cash price was less than they already collected and the most they would discount was 20% making it like $520.
