The gesihert markings doesn't appear to be messed with. I guess the other markings could have been ground off since it was re blued but I'm still not convinced. The back iof the grip frame is smooth with no slot for stocks and there is a small hole thru the frame up from the grip screw and to the rear

There are a lot of marking on the under side of the barrel that I haven't seen on other Lugers. Where the barrel meets the frame on the under side are the numbers 8.83, immediately down the barrel from that is the small cursive "d", then the serial 4194.
