I contacted USPS by social media and was told that, "ISC is an independent agency of the USPS," and that I should contact a certain number for an international inquiry. I did and was told that ISC Chicago has nothing to do with the USPS. The Customs website says that ISC is a USPS facility and not a custom facility. Package stuck at ISC Chicago. Well, ordered something from the UK back in July, and it showed as processed through ISC Chicago back on August 1st. I had called USPS over a week ago and they said they had no information on the package and to wait another week. So now its been over a week and still no information on it.
