Help 🙃. So I am a E-4 in the Army and I received a email this week that has left me confused. I will attach pictures of the email. My first line and other subordinates seem to be at a loss of words to this email and have never seen it before. My current TIS is 34 mo. My TIG is 14 mo. I have never been to a promotion board. I have completed DLC1.
