I found a clever way to reduce your Fusion Core weight. Grab a second Power Armor Chassis. Place all extra Fusion Cores into this second Power Armor Chassis. Now, when you recall this second Power Armor Chassis it will weigh 10lbs rather than 3lbs per Fusion Core. I just dropped about 100lbs.
