That little black x next to C is the inside part of the handle that sticks into the door and is where you can insert your tool. You might have to break the handle off though. If you want to keep the handle intact, then I would suggest you remove the interior trim and panel and pull down part C with your fingers.

I like the fact the handle comes in black and doesn't have to be painted. This has become a super easy fix and doesn't require much effort.
