Sliding door on driver’s side works fine. Used constantly. Here’s what I did so far: 12v directly to motor – opens and closes fine, so that indicated the motor is good. Meaning, you can lock/unlock the door with the battery disconnected. That aside, it does sound like something electrical. Maybe the battery is toast. Maybe the master door lock switch is toast (that's part of the door/window switchs in the driver's door).
