Absolute worst customer service ever. Bought 6 tickets and only 4 were transferred. Spent all week leading up to the event trying to call only to get the worst support ever. The two tickets never showed up, so we had to buy 2 more last minute at higher price somewhere else. Vivid Seats Inc has always been and remains a company that is talked about and written about a lot. Despite very different reviews, the site is very popular not only in America but also abroad. Vivid Seats does not deserve any stars. I purchased 2 tickets in November 2015 to a Garth Brookes concert on January, 15 2016 for $223. The tickets themselves cost $68.75, the rest of the costs were fees that I was not aware of until after the tickets were purchased.
