Roku tv keeps kicking me out of apps.

Jul 9, 2023 · For several days the Amazon prime video app has been having issues playing on my Roku TCL TV. When I try to play titles they will initially start, freeze and then kick me out of the whole app. I have checked the internet connection and speed and both are great. I have cleared the cache. I had to uninstall the app, then restart the system and then reinstall the app. After I did all that the app worked! I just got this tv a few days ago and every so often it will just randomly back me out of Netflix or YouTube, or whatever I’m watching and take me to the “Video and TV Cast for Roku” screen. It’s extremely frustrating and I wanted to make sure I’m not causing this on accident. For the last several weeks Roku has been logging me out of Youtube TV.
