Click on it and navigate to the directory that you're just created (Clicking on .. is equal to Up in Windows Explorer). Select the preset that you're just created.

It took me alot and this is what I perceive as realistic, or well as far realistic as you can get with this game. I just got the new Dell QD OLED and was enjoying HDR, FFXIV doesn't have it sadly, but by using SpecialK I was able to enjoy it with some tweaking.
