Definitely not worth it in my opinion. The only thing the ROW does is remove the 'nothing' drop from the rare drop table. You may receive a few more gems but that's about it. RoW increases gem drops from monsters but i wouldnt tell you to use it because at the same time it lowers chance for other loot. Currently the ring of wealth does nothing.
