Dec 12, 2023 · I have been unable to access my email after a forced password reset as well. I have been out for five days. I've called comcast twice and was told that it is a system issue and they are trying to fix it. That doesn't do me any good when I have appointments that need to be confirmed and pre-registered through email. SO frustrating!!!
