The G30 gen3, G30SF gen3 & G30S have the same factory grip texture. The gen4 G30SF has a different grip texture. The Gen3 G30, gen3 30SF & Gen4 G30SF have the same slide. The G30S has the skinniest slide out of all of them. All are great shooters with pinpoint accuracy (dependent on the shooter). All can take the G21 mags.The OEM trigger parts and frame pins that are installed in the G30SF and G30 Gen4 (among other models) are shown in the table below. From the table, note that the G29SF and G30SF use the same ejector (8196-2). It's the part number for the extractor that differs between these two pistol models, not the ejector.To me the 30 is the best. I have not shot a 36 yet but really want to. I find that the 21 has a little heavier trigger pull than the 30, which may be a characteristic of this gun only. However, I find them both about equally accurate.
