Is there any indication that if you purchased or applied for HOV stickers after the first of the year 2024 you would receive decals? What I’m reading or seeing is that if you don’t have the stickers by the end of the year, they won’t issue new ones for cars after the 1st. The entire program will expire Sept 2025.
