Ash of war shouldn't change your scaling, your affinity changes your scaling. A normal Bandit Curved Sword should have D str and C dex scaling at max upgrade. A keen Bandit Curved Sword at max upgrade should have an E in str and B in dex. I see the difference of AR with my calc being 511 for normal and 589 Keen, so 78 from my perspective.
