For the 300 HAMR, I tend to use the nickel plated brass manufactured by Sig for hotter loads. Someone forming their own brass, or using Starline brass, might see significant pressure signs at lower velocities than I've observed. For 6.8 SPC, the S&B brass seems to handle hotter loads better than Starline.
I'd say best is Scar HAMR with 9mm. That's more of like an AR but with 100 rounds playstyle. Colt LMG is pretty good too.
