Hi Team, I had applied for H4(I539) and H4-EAD(I765) on Feb 04,2019 via normal processing. While those applications were pending, I had applied for H1-B(I129) via premium processing. My H1-B got approved on May 08,2019. As a result, to retain my H1-B status i had sent a withdrawal notice on May 15,2019 for H4 and H4-EAD.

Although a lot of people claim to have done this, the chances of approving a H4 EAD along with i140 are very slim. One way to save time is to get i140 premium process and apply for EAD after i140 approval. You can only apply for H4 EAD once you get your I-140 approval which is still far away in your process.
