Try doing a clean install, first remove everything from bin64. reshade-shaders folder, ReShade64.dll ReShade.ini, or ReShade64.ini. After you reinstall, you have to move everything to bin64 not just dll and ini, move the reshade-shaders folder also. ReShade is a generic post-processing injector that allows you to apply effects such as ambient occlusion, depth of field, color correction and more to your favorite games and video software. It supports Direct3D, OpenGL and Vulkan, and has its own shading language and compiler.

GShade is a highly modified ReShade fork & utility package with numerous improvements and settings autodetection for over 300 games. I just got into GW2, and man, I'm suprised how good this game still is for a game from early 2010s. I'm trying some reshade presets to make the game a bit more like my taste. However, I have had so many problems with my UI, it gets also effected by the reshade effects. I know GW2Hook fixes this for you, but its a bit outdated compared to Gshade.
