Uchigatana is better but needs a full 7 more levels to wield and probably more endurance to swing it effectively. Kilij is probably the most efficient use of stats (the Knight class can use it at base stats) and is also quite powerful. I'd really only recommend Tearing if you are just going to breeze through quickly and not focus on high levels due to Tearing being easier to access. I normally just use a Tearing+5 weapon until Sharp+5 is achieved. Dual handing the hiltless with the adjudicator's shield on your back is my recommendation until you can get a +5 sharp uchigatana and a +5 tearing uchigatana.
