I have a Cold Twin Minigun with a Fire BuffM and a Poison BuffM and a Corrupted Platemail [Dark Magic]. For 8-13 seconds my Minigun is outputing 4 Elements. The sheer amount of bullets im outputing easily covers the 30 sec cooldown. Build [Key skill is High Thread Count in this build]
