Symptoms can't occur until you've implanted and had a few days to build up your hcg and progesterone (most don't really start till 5-6 weeks). You could still end up with a bfp, but what you're feeling right now, isn't related to that, but more likely the increase in progesterone after o'ing. So, exactly a week before I got my BFP I just knew. I didn't have any symptoms, but I knew I was pregnant. I had to wait a week before I could take one of those "good 5 days before your missed period" tests.
