Hekate should be 2 files, 'helate_ipl.ini' and 'patches.ini' in the bootloader folder. I manually compile Atmosphere and use the kips and exo through hekate, its way cleaner than Kosmos. Kosmos comes with a ton of crap that I don't need (ex. sigpatches, additional sysmodules etc) and its a pain in the ass to get rid of that stuff every time kosmos/sdfiles gets an update. The devs of Kosmos are pretty great tho :P
