Sentry safe door won’t open. I have a Sentry safe with an electronic number key pad. The keypad works and I know the code. The light turns green when I put my code in. However, the door will not open. The handle will not go down all the way to open the door. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated on how to open this piece of junk. The good thing is that the manual is still available to review. Looking it over, the first recommendation is to change the batteries as shown on the manual below. Then pull handle up and enter code.
