Since the CB1100-12 doesn't crimp nearly as well for the 7/8 oz loads, naturally, it'd be more advantageous to use the other wad, if the pressures were safe. The Claybuster CB0178-12 is the tallest wad, and performs a tad better than the XXL Pink. My suggestion to you is to load 7/8 oz loadings with velocity around 1250. This has been perfectly capable of cycling every 390/391 that I ever tried them in. 3/4 oz loadings at that speed can be very iffy on cycling.
